Great Experience at This Hotel

large pools lively animation team easy beach access

The pools are large I swam in them daily. The animation team kept things lively I appreciated their efforts. The beach is close and easily accessible I enjoyed snorkeling there. Breakfast had a variety of options I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries.

large variety renovated rooms limited wine limited cocktail

the restaurant's food was AMAZING!!! i really enjoyed the large variety. rooms had been recently renovated, and that was apparent. the staff were really nice! near soho square, it was easy to get around.

The bar didn't have much choice at all. I wanted more cocktails. it also lacked variety in spirits. i found the wine selection to be very limited, too.

My Mountainside Twin Beautiful Room Pool View was well maintained and spacious. The cleaning service ensured the space was tidy daily. Air conditioning worked effectively. I liked the view. It offered a pleasant perspective.

The gym was quite small. Some equipment needs upgrades.

The gala restaurant offered amazing food and service. I really enjoyed the seafood pizza. There were a lot of choices at the buffet, that included fish, chicken, beef, vegetables and fruits. Delicious deserts were served.

The hotel has three pools. The central pool is heated to a warm temperature. A shuttle goes to the beach, as the hotel is split in two sections. The beach is very nice and sits in a bay.

Staff was attentive and kind. Several staff members stood out, including Mohammed Hanafi, Martina, Habiba, Huda, and Shaimaa. Ahmad Ragabi, Al Sayeed Tarek, Mr Haitham, Mr Ismael, and Mr Emad also deserve recognition. I found the entire team was helpful.

i found hilton sharm clean. the staff was helpful. the restaurant manager showed kindness. the room cleaner, sherif, offered good service. i appreciated his help. i hope to return soon.

i wish i remembered everyone's names! but the wi-fi was slow.

the hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach. it arrives every ten minutes. the beach offers areas with sunbeds. the hotel staff protected the reefs. i saw many fish and coral.

old furniture poor sections

The room was dated for a hotel affiliated with the hilton name. the fridge and furniture looked old , as did the bathroom. our bedside drawer jammed. The mountainside reminded me of the less favored side of the hotel. it reminded me of there were richer and poorer sections.
